9	Promptness,in returning papers, showing up to school	The teacher needs to set good example for their students
8	Keeping students interested in subjects	The students need to pay attention, so the teacher needs to make sure everyone listens and understands
7	Variety of teaching skills	All students learn different some visual, or audio.
6	Knowledge in all areas	In case a students has a question, or if you wanted to teach a different subject
5	Keep outside affairs away from students	Don't take out your personal problems on the students, it might make them feel uncomfortable around you
4	Being able to work with a variety of students	The teacher needs to be able to handle special education children, or some with learning disabilities
3	Friendly personality/ good relationship with students but knowing where to draw the line; willing to help	The teacher can easily get along with the students so they are not afraid to ask for help
2	Be able to give and get respect, being fair	The teacher needs to know how to discipline, by giving respect, be fair and not change the rules, follow the curriculum
1	Unbiased	Need to treat every student the same
